Intense headshot portrait of an older man with grey hair and beard with very noticeable wrinkles and other signs of advanced age
I can say this about the Irish is that they are genuinely friendly. With a long white beard and messed-up hair, this charming old gentleman was pleased to talk to and was more than willing to take his portrait. I love how this headshot closeup portrait shows the years of wisdom hidden behind every wrinkle on his face and beard. He has a big nose and is staring straight at me. Some street photographers say that the expressions on people’s faces make or break a great photo.
Even handheld at 1/15 of a second exposure, the image is tack sharp thanks to Sony’s in-body image stabilization.
