As I walked through the chilled streets of Oslo, I stumbled upon a sight that encapsulates the city’s urban spirit—a stark iron staircase clinging to a brick wall adorned with layers of expressive graffiti. It’s winter here, and the cool air brings a crisp clarity to the scene.
